An interesting phenomenon. This isolated patch of rainbow was a few degrees N of the sun (rainbows are normally seen with your back to the sun) and there was no moisture evident in the air.

Best Sky Ever
A breathtaking sky of high cirrus clouds over the house and, seeing as the dog was restless, we headed off for an evening walk...

Wow! I nearly missed seeing these for some reason. So glad I checked back. What fantastic cloud formations. And the rainbow one is beautiful.
