I see Icy Icicles

6th Jan10, Christon Bank, 2pm

The Cold weather continues; hardest winter since 1981 they're saying now (what happened to 1947??), with no respite expected for one or two weeks depending on the pessimism of the journalist and, as most of the media likes nothing more than to make a drama out of a crisis, "Britain to Freeze for Two More Weeks" it is.

A Northbound newly nationalised train powers through the level crossing pulling a blizzard of powder snow behind it.

How nice is ice?

Burdock seed heads are a natural scupltural form in the winter landscape.

The next snow shower approaches from the North.
